Review of the "Group Life COVID-19 Mortality Survey Report" by the Society of Actuaries -- startling 2021 Excess Deaths Reported
By the third Quarter 2021, 143% of normally all-cause reported deaths happened, and 189% of normally all-caused reported deaths for ages 0-44, and 183% ages 45-64.
An excess mortality report , entitled "Group Life COVID-19 Mortality Survey Report" by Society of Actuaries is periodically being published from data provided to the research company from these insurance companies:

The January 2022 report is in PDF form and available to download here:

The research company is SOA (the Society of Actuaries) Research Institute. It is dated January 2022. Oddly this report does not show up doing a search at the SOA website, only a December 2022 report, and earlier ones, shows up there. See https://www.soa.org/search/?q=Group+Life+COVID-19+Mortality+Survey+Report
This Substack piece provided the link to the report.
“Exposures and deaths during the three-year period of 2017-2019 were used to set baseline mortality expectations.”
The charts of interest in the report are:
Page 10. Figure 3.1 - AGGREGATE REPORTED CLAIM INCIDENCE PER 1000 BY CALENDAR YEAR AND MONTH
Notice the spike increases dramatically the last two months of 2020 and the 2021 levels are higher very predominantly than the other, earlier dates. The first rollout of Covid-19 Vaccines in the USA was December 14, 2020. So six weeks of the spike at the end of 2020 is not concurrent with any vaccines given.
Page 12. Table 3.2 - REPORTED CLAIMS AND INCIDENCE RATES, 2017 THROUGH Q3 2021 Raw Submitted Numbers
Look at where the excess mortality (over baseline) has a percentage greater than 125% (12/1/2021 report date through 3/1/2021 report date ; and 9/1/2021 report date). If the deaths were predominantly caused by Covid-19, you'd think there would be large excess percentages earlier in 2020.
Page 13. Table 3.3 - REPORTED EXCESS MORTALITY BY TOTAL CLAIM AMOUNT COMPARED TO 2017-2019 BASELINE
Look at the first data row (it disregards Covid-19 claims versus non-Covid-19, it focuses on all cause mortality). The highest increases over the baseline are increasing each time period, while if the vaccinations were working you would not expect such to be the case. For instance, in 2nd quarter 2020, the excess mortality was 114.9% (100% would be "the same as") while 3rd quarter 2021, the excess mortality was 143.4%.
Page 17. 4.4 INCURRED CLAIM INCIDENCE BY AMOUNT – COVID-19 VERSUS ALL OTHER CAUSES
Quote: "Similar to Table 4.1, Table 4.3 below shows that COVID-19 claims do not fully explain the increase in incurred claim incidence on an amount basis."
This table differs from Page 10 in that counts were shown there while monetary amount is shown on this page. It is discussed here not to show the table but the above quote.
The report writers are very much informing the reader here that something aside from Covid-19 is causing the large increases.
Page 23. Table 5.5 - EXCESS MORTALITY BY AGE BAND
Note the red boxes, they highlight that excess mortality was worse for both ages 0-44 and ages 45-64 in the third Quarter of 2021. We know that Covid-19 affects the young the least, so this factor "aside from Covid-19" is suspected here (could it be the adverse effects of Covid-19 vaccines?). Why targeted on the younger population age bands? Is it because of reported higher Cardiac or reduced immune adverse effects among these age bands caused by the Covid-19 vaccines? Why in the third quarter of 2021? Why not in the majority of 2020 while Covid-19 reigned supreme without any Vaccinations around?
Page 37, notable quote:
"Finally, it should be noted that Covid-19 deaths do not explain all of the excess mortality observed in either dataset presented here, and mortality patterns for other causes of death also influence the patterns shown above."
Overall commentary. The report definitely shows excess mortality is happening in the US and that the time periods where it is the worse coincide predominantly with the rollout of the vaccines. The word “predominantly” is used because one of the spikes shown in this report is in November/December 2020 while the vaccines started to be taken after December 14, 2020. But if the vaccines are a contributor, there are two obvious hypotheses to consider if the vaccines are involved. One, they're detrimental to the at least some human immune systems and it is in these reduced immune systems who are vulnerable to illnesses or health events that cause these deaths. Two, the vaccines are directly harming some (not all) humans. It might be a little of both things happening here. For those who are pro-Covid-19 Vaccinations, please present your hypotheses for why the increased mortality excesses dominantly happen in 2021 and coincide with the vaccine rollout, rather that coinciding with the period when Covid-19 was spreading without any vaccines existing,
There are over a 1,000 links showing the credibility of the above hypothesis that the Covid vaccines are possibly adverse and impacting all cause mortality rates. See
